Our New Digs
We are fortunate to have rented a large property with several buidings, This compund is typical of many balinese properties. Many small structures rather than one huge one. You cna spot the big european villas sticking up on the horizon.
This pic was taken from the river's edge. The sawah (rice paddy) separates the two.
The big structure second from the left is the living room/dining (complete with a 500 gallon fish tank) on the first floor with guest room above. the far left building is the kitchen. The building peeking out from the palms on the right is the main house. Master suite with girls room above. In the palms there is another little building with a bedroom above a daybed for napping.
Today we began the dig for our lap pool located in front of the living room.
